# Proposal: New Pools with New Incentives

Proposing we add more pools to the existing 6.  
Two to start with - 80/20 pairs to be agreed.  
Additional incentives to be supplied by Treasury of $TEL 2,777,778 per pool per 30 days as per existing 6.  
Open for discussion pre voting.

TEL/LINK and TEL/SOL are the favourites in the polls, so the proposal is we have these as two new pools added to the existing 6 and with new incentives of $TEL 2,777,778 per 30 days per pool - same as the existing 6.  
What’s the next step?

I think we need to assess sustainability of the treasury before additional rewards are allocated. A full analysis of past incoming and outgoing payments, rewards, fees, and expenses should be done. An attempt at future projections will need to be put together as well.
