I also think that it’s important to set deadlines that are measurable with any finalized proposal. It would greatly quell the crowd that says “things get done too slow”

I get that but we also have to remember that managing all of this is not the councils full time jobs. We will get there, but we are always going to be battling this.

I think this is one of the reasons Parker mentioned interviewing firms that COULD dedicate the time (paid of course 😂).

Of course.

It might be prudent to look at a marketing council position solely for that purpose. They could handle the communications (like turtel does for listings) and report on ROI/statistics

Or a company hire if the funding is there and ROI dictates payback.

You have to remember too, arie’s proposal passed and the council agreed to wait and see how (when implemented) it reduced the amount of leftover unclaimed rewards
