Hi - Thanks for all these great suggestions! - a “streams” tab was added for all council meetings on youtube (great suggestion) - we will review clipping pertinent content for shorts and posts on x accounts would you be able to define the ambassador program a little more specifically? IE - what does “recognition on telcoin’s platforms” or “exclusive updates” mean? I love the idea of an organic ambassador program. thanks for these ideas. will bubble them up for discussion in our next platform and treasury meeting. ---

Hi brozee, Thanks for the positive feedback. Sorry it took a while to respond had to think this through some. I’d like to define it a little more specifically around recognition on Telcoin’s platforms and exclusive updates as the core initial incentives. The goal is to keep it fully organic, volunteer-driven, and aligned with our decentralized ethos—no direct payments or token rewards at launch to avoid any regulatory complexity or expectations of compensation. Proposed Structure for the Telcoin Ambassador Program: - **Eligibility** : Open to any passionate community member who consistently supports Telcoin’s mission (e.g., through positive content creation, education, or engagement). - **Roles & Activities** : - **Support Provided** : - **Recognition on Telcoin’s Platforms** : - **Exclusive Updates** : This keeps it lightweight, community-focused, and scalable—starting small to test what works best, then iterating based on feedback. Future expansions (e.g., governance-approved rewards) could always be proposed later if the program proves valuable. As the landscape of business is changing to a more customer/consumer centric business model based on community engagement; I believe adopting a strategy similar to this will ensure Telcoin is adapting to those times and getting ahead of the curve.
