Telcoin Network’s annual payment of $50,000 equivalent USDC for maintaining the block explorer at https://telscan.io
As part of TGIP1 outcome, the amount of 30mil TEL was allocated for this expense. The TAO has transferred 25k USDC and owes an additional 25k USDC to block explorer maintainers.
Specification
Transfer TEL to an external address, swap for USDC, and pay DexGuru 25,000 USDC for block explorer costs.
Rationale
The block explorer’s annual cost is 50k USDC from April 2024 to April 2025.
Implementation
TAO members will vote through snapshot for transparency. The amount will then be transferred to the destination address specified in this proposal.
