Abstract
This document outlines a strategic proposal for partnership between Telcoin and Company 2,
aimed at boosting $TEL’s adoption and exposure through a high-impact listing and marketing
campaign. The collaboration is designed to leverage Company 2’s regulated exchange
infrastructure and extensive market reach across key regions including the United States,
United Kingdom, Latin America, and the European Economic Area (EEA).

Specification
● Listing and trading integration of the $TEL token on Company 2’s platform.
● Deployment of a selected GTM marketing package (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or
Platinum) spanning in-app, social, and email promotions.
● Two tranches of $x liquidity in $TEL to be supplied by Telcoin, enabling robust trading
activity.
● Coordinated content creation and amplification through both Telcoin and Company 2’s
official channels.
● Optional inclusion of X Space or Webinar to drive awareness and user education.

Rationale
Company 2 is a U.S.-based, globally compliant digital asset platform supporting over 10 million
users in 184+ countries. With licensing across key jurisdictions—including the U.S. (FinCEN
registered), UK (FCA-authorised), and the EU (via Lithuanian registration)—Company 2
offers a regulatory-first gateway to crypto.
The platform’s success with previous listings underscores its ability to drive substantial trading
volumes. The partnership provides Telcoin with a significant boost in credibility, visibility, and
liquidity within regulated crypto finance environments.

● Check-ins for alignment on strategy and KPIs.

Deliverables
● Full integration of $TEL token on Company 2 platform.
● Execution of selected GTM package across all agreed promotional channels.
● Amplified campaign visibility through both Telcoin and Company 2 assets.
● Marketing performance report and analytics post-campaign.

Cost and Package Options
● Bronze Package: $x + $x technical integration fee

○ Optional additional promotional marketing campaigns ($10,000)

● Referral program: Telcoin Association earn a % of trading fees based on verified user acquisition and use of the exchange via referral link. This goes towards future marketing efforts.

Summary
This proposal represents a highly redacted engagement with one of the most compliant and user-centric crypto platforms. Through the selected GTM package, Company 2 and Telcoin can jointly maximize visibility, drive engagement, and establish a high-performing listing across regulated markets.

Among the seven new proposals, I believe the Company 2 Proposal offers the most immediate and transformative benefits for TEL’s growth. It’s a strategic move that not only enhances TEL’s market position but also reinforces Telcoin’s leadership in mobile-based DeFi. By increasing TEL’s availability, we empower more mobile users—to use TEL for remittances and DeFi services via the Telcoin Wallet. This proposal strengthens the “Internet of Money” infrastructure by making TEL a more liquid and widely recognized gas token for the Telcoin Network. Really appreciate the work on this

This is the best move the Association can make out of the proposed companies. It not only benefits the exposure of the $tel token in the US but is also exactly what the community has been begging for.

This is fantastic. Telcoin is such a great project and it deserves more recognition. The community has been faithfully supporting Tel for years now and greater liquidity has been a long time coming. Keep up the good work guys and we hope to see more in the near future. I know I’m packing my bags.

I believe this listing proposal is one of the best-aligned opportunities we’ve seen in terms of supporting Telcoin’s long-term strategy, especially as we move to solidify a regulated presence, grow liquidity and boost visibility in key markets.

That said, within the package tiers, personally I believe the Gold Package clearly offers the best return on investment.

It provides a comprehensive mix of high-value exposure including an in-app banner, social and email pushes, a hosted X Spaces, blog article, and pricing page, all of which serve both short-term traction and long-term positioning. I’d expect these to assist with building awareness and credibility well beyond the listing itself.

By contrast, the jump to Platinum adds a $10K user incentive campaign. While that may spark short-lived volume, it risks being less effective in driving sustained or meaningful adoption, particularly for a platform like Tel that’s focused on long-term, compliant growth rather than hype-driven surges.

Obviously this is a little tricky without knowing specifics around what the exchange will want for listing fees.. but at surface level, I think we’re onto a winner.
