In my studies and professional life, I have specialized in criminal law, business governance and compliance (on which subject I wrote the dissertation for my Bachelor’s degree). I have also taken part in as well as coached case law competitions, namely in the fields of human rights law and busine ss compliance.
My internship at the Prosecutor General’s Office included revising decisions by regional prosecutors and presenting cases to the Prosecutor General and Vice-Prosecutor General. The internship at the legal department of the municipal government included a wide array of tasks, all to do with legal research and formulating decisions, but the topics varied widely, reflecting the wide sphere of municipal public governance; these included education, planning, elections and especially competition, compliance and publi c ac quisitions.

I have a Bachelor of Laws degree and am currently writing my dissertation for my Master’s of Laws degree, the subject being Blockchain Governance. My experience includes internships at the Prosecutor General’s Office and legal services in the municipal government. Thereafter I will be taking my bar exam (as a point of clarification, in Finland, a bar exam is only required to work as a trial attorney, and not required for any other legal positions, such as minister of justice, judge, prosecutor, le ga l c o un sel etc.).

Introduction
- How did you find out about Telcoin and why are you excited about being a part o f the Telcoin community
Telcoin was introduced to me in early 2018, shortly I had gone into cryptocurrencies. I didn’t have much knowledge of blockchains at the time, but Telcoin seemed like an ambitious project tapping into a widely neglected market. I got out of the loop after 2021 but got back into following Telcoin very c losely since about 2023.

- What experience do you have in interacting with the Telcoin Platform as a user, miner, and/or overa ll ecosystem participant?
Participating in liquidity pools is a novel experience for me, but I plan to gradually increase my participation during this year. I have been stakin g te l c oi n for a while now.
Words of a certain TAN Council and prominent Telcoin community member resonated with me, as he called the community into action and urged us to channel our energy from worrying and speculation about the progress into actually doing something about the progress, and pointed out there were open council seats on the account of less-than-optimal community engagement to fill those seats. Upon closer inspection I saw one in particular, the Compliance Council, sitting at the exact mini mum quorum of 3/4 filled seats.
As a law student close to graduation with a background in economics, I thought this is where I could give something back to the Community and do my part for the continued success of the project. Given my educational and professional background, I believe I can make a useful contribution to the project I want us to make sure Telcoin continues to lead the industry where it has up until now, in setting the standards for a truly democratic DAO governance and compliance with real world regulations and legislature while managing to leverage blockchain technology to solve real world problems most others hav e me rely being theorising about.

What unique skills, experiences and credentials do you bring to the role that will assist you in fulfillin g your regular and special duties?

What changes and i mprovements do you plan to propose?
Telcoin’s strengths throughout its history have been its compliance-first approach and long-sighted views on the future of financial markets. In my personal view this has been the correct approach and I aim to do my part to hel p in maintaining this steady course.

- How will you represent your miner group in decision-making processes to ensure their int erests are being voiced and protected?
I will make myself available in the dedicated Discord channels and seek to engage in meaningful conversations about their needs and interests. I will furthermore keep myself up to date on Telcoin, DAO, the legal and regulatory landscape and the m o ve s being made in the fintech sector.

- How will you keep your constituency informed?
I will make myself available on TG and Discord and pa r t ic ipate regularly in open Council calls.

- How much time can you dedicate to the role each week
I am ready to dedicate anywhere between 5-10 hours per week to the role in the Compliance Council, with added flexibility when urgent ma t t e rs or special circumstances dictate it.
