Overview: Unifying Telcoin’s Web Presence under One Domain — A proposal to merge telcoin.org, telx.network, and telcoin.network into one cohesive platform for users, developers, and governance.

Summary

This proposal seeks to consolidate the Telcoin Association, Telcoin Network, and TELx ecosystem websites into a single, cohesive web platform under the existing primary domain www.telcoin.network.
The goal is to streamline access to official resources, improve discoverability, and strengthen Telcoin’s digital identity across the ecosystem.

Motivation

Currently, official Telcoin content is fragmented across multiple domains:

  • telcoin.org — Association governance, councils, and documentation

  • telcoin.network — Network information, nodes, and roadmap (limited scope)

  • telx.network — DeFi and liquidity platform information

This fragmentation causes confusion for users, builders, and partners who are unsure which site is the authoritative source for each topic. It also dilutes search engine optimization (SEO) value and weakens brand consistency.

In contrast, major competitors such as Ripple (ripple.com), Stellar (stellar.org), and Circle (circle.com) each maintain a single authoritative web domain that houses their ecosystem, governance, and product information under one brand umbrella. This unified structure gives users instant confidence and improves brand clarity. Telcoin can achieve similar impact and professionalism through consolidation under www.telcoin.network.

A unified domain structure would provide:

  • A clear entry point for all stakeholders

  • Improved SEO and visibility for Telcoin’s ecosystem materials

  • Consistent design language and navigation

  • Easier maintenance and content management

Specification

  • Primary domain: www.telcoin.network

  • Subdomains (optional for clarity):

    • governance.telcoin.network → Association, Councils, and TIP/TANIP docs

    • defi.telcoin.network → TELx and liquidity products

    • docs.telcoin.network → Technical documentation and developer guides

    • developer.telcoin.network (or dev.telcoin.network) → Developer landing page with SDKs, APIs, tutorials, and testnet onboarding

  • Redirects:

    • telcoin.orggovernance.telcoin.network

    • telx.networkdefi.telcoin.network

    • Legacy links redirected automatically to relevant new pages

  • Design principles:

    • Modern, modular structure with shared Telcoin branding

    • Responsive, multilingual-ready, SEO optimized

    • Consistent UI components for navigation between governance, DeFi, and network layers

  • Hosting and management:

    • Managed under the Telcoin Association with clear governance workflows for updates

    • Content contributions via GitHub pull requests or approved CMS access

Developer Subdomain Rationale

The inclusion of a dedicated developer portal at developer.telcoin.network (or dev.telcoin.network) is key to supporting the growth of the Telcoin Network ecosystem.
While docs.telcoin.network would provide technical documentation, the developer subdomain would act as a front door for builders — highlighting how to start building on the network, providing SDKs, APIs, starter templates, and tutorials in an approachable format.

This separation mirrors the approach of other major ecosystems such as:

Each provides an accessible landing page tailored to onboarding new developers and guiding them toward deeper documentation.

Having both docs. and developer. allows Telcoin to maintain:

  • A technical documentation site (for reference and advanced usage)

  • A developer onboarding hub (for education, toolkits, and examples)

This dual-layered approach ensures accessibility for both newcomers and experienced developers, ultimately driving dApp creation and ecosystem expansion on the Telcoin Network.

Rationale

This consolidation will:

  • Unify Telcoin’s presence under one recognizable identity

  • Simplify onboarding for new users, builders, and investors

  • Strengthen trust by reducing misdirection and outdated pages

  • Enable a single analytics framework and coordinated announcements

Implementation Steps

  1. Conduct content audit across telcoin.org, telx.network, and telcoin.network

  2. Develop new information architecture and sitemap

  3. Build or redesign unified site under www.telcoin.network

  4. Set up redirects and verify SEO continuity

  5. Establish governance process for content ownership and updates

Impact

  • Users: Easier access to official information

  • Developers: Centralized docs, SDKs, and onboarding tools

  • Governance: Transparent access to Association materials

  • Marketing/SEO: Improved search rankings and brand consistency

Fully support this initiative and have been thinking about it for some time researching other DAOs with L1 blockchains such as avalanche.

All are structured to have the network be the centric landing page like described and I think this would really help align the ecosystem

The above website should also probably be added to the list as it was created by a council member (I believe they took it under their own initiative).

This is how the website looks when visited in a non-chromium based browser like firefox. I get that its meant to be an unofficial resource, but its just kind of a mess at the moment and should probably be unpublished until the website is better tested at the very least.

Thanks for the tag here as this is my side project.

The aforementioned proposal’s scope is to official projects only, and not community projects.

Still under construction as I redo a lot of the react and CSS components into more storyboard scroll-like effects, but here’s a sneak peek.

In the meantime, I took your advice and put a pause on it.

Thanks for you feedback, My proposal covers only the “Official” Association, Telcoin network and TELx sites, any community run/built website is not Official and therefore not included in the scope!

I totally agree with this proposal. It makes so much more sense to drive traffic to one master website.

It’s better from all aspects (SEO, no confusion of where to go, being the official source, single proposal to make multiple updates can be done and passed through snapshot vs multiple proposals, etc)

Fully back this proposal. Consolidating the Telcoin ecosystem under one domain is the natural evolution of a great organization. Choosing .network positions Telcoin Network where it should be. Ideally, I’d like to see .in join… could happen in the near future.

This is really quite a simple solution to what was brought up at the marketing presentations few months ago. The different modules don’t look cohesive at this point. With a central hub to all, it merges them all together. Pretty clever and seems not to be a very big hurdle to overcome. Looks professional and advances promotion to other parts of the ecosystem when visited by different usertypes. Great proposal!

I love this proposal!

Another great idea, been wondering why its not already like this?

How quickly can this be implemented?

This would be a full redesign which is likely not a quick process, especially to get it right!

It would likely be multiple weeks when begun

I can’t imagine anyone opposed. This seems overdue with everything happening and makes complete sense. A single unified web presence under one domain will eliminate user confusion across fragmented sites, boost SEO, brand consistency, and developer onboarding. Even if its a few weeks of effort its well worth it. “The juice is worth the squeeze.” Rubber stamp this bad boy and let’s keep it pushing :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

Truth is, it doesn’t matter how long its going to take. Once the big updates and marketing are live this is going to be the first impression people get when looking into Telcoin. And thinking about it that way I would say its a must before launch. Lets go!

Oh, I 100% agree! Was just answering your question.
