Council Nomination Application: Provide responses to the following questions.

Introduction
How did you find out about Telcoin and why are you excited about being a part of the Telcoin community-

I found out about Telcoin from a friend, who told me he had discovered the best project idea he had ever seen in crypto. I was familiar with money transfer networks and remittances due to my experience in Threat finance analysis (the means by which criminal organizations move money around the world covertly).

I immediately recognized the value of what Telcoin was working on and purchased my first bag in October 2019. I have continued to look for projects within the crypto space that match Telcoin’s plan to use blockchain to improve an existing financial service industry—and after five years, this is still the best, most viable business plan I have seen in crypto.

Furthermore, I have a significant understanding of the requirements for AML processes and the organizations that manage their oversight. I recognize how crucial compliance is across a wide variety of civil legal systems around the world.

What experience do you have in interacting with the Telcoin Platform as a user, miner, and/or overall ecosystem participant?

I have been a holder since 2019 and am in several LPs. I consider the LPs to be the essential element for “regular” people to participate in and reap the rewards of business operations.

Why should you be selected?

I should be selected because I am happy to tackle complex organizational issues. I enjoy puzzles and research, as well as collaborating with various people. I recognize Compliance can seem dull or intimidating to many, but with my experience, I think this is the best place for me to land a hand.

Why are you running for this position?

I believe that Telcoin’s secret weapon is the “compliance first” approach. We have seen exchanges and projects—even highly popular service providers—fall under investigation and suffer enormous fines because they thought they could ignore uncertain rules. That was a mistake, and Telcoin has avoided that mistake.

What unique skills, experiences, and credentials do you bring to the role that will assist you in fulfilling your regular and special duties?

My research and investigative experience are my strongest asset for the team. I enjoy research and have experience in legal research, in particular.

What changes and improvements do you plan to propose?
Without getting into the details, it would not be appropriate to speculate on things that need to be changed.

How will you represent your miner group in decision-making to ensure their interests are voiced and protected?

I will represent the LP team’s interests as if they were my own—because they are. I want Telcoin to be compliant, but compliance is a tool for business growth and expanding markets. This is a business, first and foremost, and the LPs are an important part of the shared risk and reward of the overall ecosystem.

How will you keep your constituency informed?

I like Discord- I think it’s an excellent tool for collaboration, but I am also happy to do calls/podcasts as well- those seem to be pretty effective. The compliance team could have a X account for periodic updates as well.

How much time can you dedicate to the role each week?

I have a regular professional life and anticipate 10 hours a week.
