Overview
This proposal requests the development and publication of an up-to-date organizational chart displaying all current elected seats for each Telcoin Association Council on the official Telcoin website. The chart will provide a clear, accessible, and authoritative reference for the community, stakeholders, and prospective participants, supporting transparency and engagement in Telcoin governance.
Purpose
Publishing a comprehensive organizational chart will:
- Clearly display the structure of Telcoin governance, including all councils and their current elected members.
- Help community members and stakeholders easily identify council representatives and vacant seats.
- Foster transparency and accountability by making council composition public and accessible.
- Encourage broader participation by clarifying opportunities for involvement and upcoming elections.
This initiative aligns with the Association’s mission to promote open, community-driven governance and supports the ongoing decentralization of authority and duties within the Telcoin ecosystem.
Scope of Work

- Identify vacant seats and note the Miner Group each seat represents (Stakers, Developers, Liquidity Miners, Validators).
- Design
- Create a visually intuitive organizational chart that clearly indicates:
- Each council’s structure and function.
- The number of seats per council and Miner Group.
- Current officeholders, with names and, where appropriate, contact links.
- Vacant seats, highlighted for transparency.
- Create a visually intuitive organizational chart that clearly indicates:
- Web Integration
- Collaborate with the Telcoin Autonomous Ops (TAO) and web team to integrate the chart into the Telcoin website in a prominent, easily accessible location.
- Ensure the chart is regularly updated after each election or council change.
- Community Communication
- Announce the chart’s publication through official channels and invite feedback for continuous improvement.
Council Structure Reference
Based on the latest governance documentation and election guidelines, council seat allocation is as follows:
