Concerns/Negotiations
● Giving away too much token value.
● Creating consistent sell pressure due to the above vesting terms.
● Performance Bonus: Basing on user installs does not equate to long term customer retention. Negotiate towards affiliate structure and set triggers such as KYC, First Trade & 10 trades or minimum threshold.
This creates further triggers that over time ensure a long term customer so we do not pay based on app installs and KYC only.
Timed window of 30-90 days for converting customers.
