Platform Council Liquid Delegation: July 2025

Context: This liquid delegation proposal is being submitted following the resignation of a Platform Council member. The exiting council member’s governance NFT has been revoked, and the Telcoin Autonomous Ops (TAO) has temporarily taken over voting responsibilities until the vacancy can be filled through this liquid delegation process. The TAO’s role as a substitute voter ensures that TIPs, which require 100% quorum from the council members and achieve the approval rate threshold of 6/8, can be voted into action while a new representative is being elected via the liquid delegation ceremony.

Per the Liquid Delegation Rules, this proposal is being initiated to elect a new Council Member to represent the Developers Miner Group. As the seat is available, the previous member won’t be included in the subsequent snapshot vote by default.

  • Voting Duration: 7 days

Specialisations

• Communication and Ecosystem Development

I launched the TEL Community Telegram group to foster a stronger community and an open space for honest, meaningful discussion within the Telcoin ecosystem. With a background in IT and community engagement, I aim to bridge the gap between experienced users and newcomers. I’ve also spent significant time connecting developers and projects within the Polygon ecosystem. I was one of the first 100 members selected into the Polygon Advocates program, hosted Twitter Spaces under the name TalkYourDapp to spotlight builders and projects, and was highlighted by Polygon for my contributions to the community.

• Marketing and Education

I consistently produce user-friendly content — from staking explainers to infographics — to make Telcoin more accessible to the wider public. My approach focuses on clarity, education, and empowering users to understand the platform confidently. I’ve applied these same skills throughout my career, including leading marketing and client communication strategies in my previous business.

• Product, Data, Information

I’m currently building Blu3Chips — a Web3 community hub built with the help of AI tools — designed to help users explore and understand Web3 through gamification, social features, and curated missions, including Telcoin-specific content. It’s an extension of my broader experience delivering technical products and services.

• Project Management, Business Operations & Technical Delivery

I founded and scaled a B2B IT services company from the ground up. My role covered every aspect of delivery — from marketing and client liaison to planning, deploying, and managing tailored solutions for a wide range of customers. Technical services included Office 365 configuration, email migrations, web hosting, Windows and macOS support, and custom implementations designed around clients’ business needs. I also led project planning, team coordination, and solution implementation — experiences that now help me approach ecosystem and governance work with structure, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.

Council Nomination Application

Introduction:

I’ve been involved with Telcoin since shortly after the ICO. What drew me in was the bold mission to bridge traditional finance and mobile money with blockchain. That mission still drives me today, and I’d be honoured to contribute more directly through the Platform Council.

Telcoin Platform Experience:

I’ve helped onboard users into the Telcoin ecosystem, supported staking and governance education, and have been present for approximately 95% of Platform and Treasury Council meetings — only missing a few due to business travel. I’ve also spent time helping others understand the key distinctions between Telcoin Holdings and the Telcoin Association.

Why I Should Be Selected:

My long-standing involvement, consistent contribution, and cross-disciplinary experience give me a well-rounded perspective. I built a tech business from scratch, delivering B2B IT support, system sales, project management, marketing, and team leadership. Earlier in my career, I was part of a team that reverse engineered Nokia mobile phones and developed servicing tools used globally by service centres. I wasn’t a developer, but I played a key role in driving the dev team to deliver on tight timelines and led global sales and marketing for those solutions. That kind of experience — bringing together technical output, product delivery, and user need — reflects the agile, outcome-focused mindset I bring to everything I do. I also have extensive experience in blockchain and Web3, and have spent a great deal of time connecting developers and projects within the Polygon ecosystem — always thinking about how to strategically link people and ideas. I believe in getting things done rather than just talking about them — and I’ll bring that same approach to the Council.

Why I’m Running:

I want to represent the doers — the people helping others, building community, and contributing ideas. This role would allow me to continue that work with a formal mandate and to help ensure that proposals, decisions, and outcomes are aligned with both vision and practicality.

Unique Skills & Credentials

• Long-term Telcoin supporter with deep, hands-on ecosystem experience
• Founder of a successful B2B IT company with experience across technical delivery, support, project management, and marketing
• Helped drive global product delivery and sales for Nokia mobile phone servicing tools
• Strong understanding of blockchain and Web3 infrastructure
• Creator of Blu3Chips – a social Web3 hub built using AI tools
• Founder of the TEL Community Telegram group
• One of the first 100 Polygon Advocates, host of TalkYourDapp, and highlighted by Polygon for ecosystem contributions
• Near full attendance at all Platform and Treasury Council meetings

Planned Improvements

• Continue participating in Council debates and producing actionable proposals
• Work directly with potential developers to support onboarding onto the Telcoin Network
• Promote transparency, clarity, and open communication between the Council and the community

Representation & Communication

I’ll share consistent updates via Telegram, X, and Discord — keeping the Developers Miner Group informed, engaged, and supported. I’m committed to listening, responding, and serving as a dependable bridge between developers, community members, and Council responsibilities.

Time Commitment

10–12 hours per week, with flexibility during key governance periods.

Thank you for considering my nomination. I’m deeply committed to Telcoin’s mission and the community behind it, and I’m ready to serve and represent the Developers group with clarity, consistency, and action.
