Strategic Allocation of Business Development and Marketing Budget for In-Flight Wi-Fi Sponsorship

This proposal (Google Drive Link) seeks council approval for the targeted deployment of these funds toward verified, measurable campaigns starting with a high-impact Airline In-Flight Wi-Fi Advertising Program.

Proposal Overview

This proposal recommends deploying a portion of the marketing budget toward an advertising campaign through Ink Global, the in-flight WiFi media partner for American Airlines, JetBlue, Porter, AeroMexico, Azul, and others.

Campaign Details: Telcoin x Ink Global In-Flight WiFi Sponsorship

  • Guaranteed Engagement
Passengers onboard the council’s choice of our partnered Airlines’ flights voluntarily select Telcoin to access free WiFi, watch a non-skippable video, and are automatically redirected to a landing page of the Council’s choosing.

  • User Acquisition Conversion Opportunity
All traffic can be redirected directly to the Telcoin Wallet App download page, driving installs and onboarding new users nationally and/or globally.

  • Performance-Based Pricing
Telcoin only pays per completed session, ensuring cost-effectiveness and verifiable reach.

  • Targeted Global Reach
Campaigns can be geo-targeted or run nationwide/internationally, covering key markets.

  • Audience Profile

    • Affluent, tech-forward travelers with high digital engagement.
    • Median household incomes of $100,000+.
    • Proven openness to digital financial services.
  • Investment Options

    • $175K for 250,000 sessions.
    • $325K for 500,000 sessions.
    • $597K for 1,000,000 sessions.
  • Additional Incentives
The vendor has offered rate reductions if Telcoin proceeds with a nationwide campaign, which will include a Brand Lift Study measuring brand awareness, consideration, and intent.

Recommendation

  1. Approve up to $597,000 for the in-flight WiFi campaign, targeting maximum session volume
  2. Authorize negotiations for enhanced national campaign pricing and Brand Lift Study inclusion.
  3. Require detailed reporting on engagement, click-through, and impressions.
  4. Review campaign outcomes with the council to evaluate ROI and future scaling opportunities.
  5. Open a community submission process for additional campaign ideas meeting verifiability and high-impact standards.

Next Steps

  1. Council Discussion and Approval of this allocation and campaign structure.
  2. Vendor engagement to finalize terms and execute the campaign.
  3. Performance reporting review upon campaign completion.
  4. Broader marketing strategy evaluation based on results.

Closing Statement

This proposal ensures Telcoin’s go-to-market efforts for its upcoming products are backed by verifiable, awareness campaigns that convert exposure into real user adoption. Leveraging high-impact channels like in-flight WiFi, combined with targeted user acquisition and brand measurement tools, positions Telcoin to maximize the effectiveness of its launch and set the foundation for long-term network growth.

I feel its a good time for some advertising. How do these rates compare to advertising on a flight booking website.
Do the additional incentive correlate to an post engagement survey, if so would need to know exact questions etc before making any decision.
I also feel that a strong emphasis should be given to the telcoin platform as a way to invest in btc on the USA only regulated and owned bank is a must. Ty
