TIP

Submit TIP proposals to this channel for deliberation, feedback, and contestation by the community and Platform Council related to platform-wide, social rules.

TIP Authority

The Platform Council may use the TIP process to set, enforce, revise:

  • Communication and information Rules: Proposals that alter the communication and information channels and rules.
  • Compliance, Conflict Resolution, Legal and Organization Rules: Compliance rules, conflict resolution systems, legal and organizational proposals.
  • General Improvements: General purpose improvements which the community deems beneficial to Telcoin, but do not require financing from the TEL Treasury.

TIP Proposal Template

  1. Abstract: Please share a brief summary 2-3 of the proposed changes.
  2. Specification: Please give a complete description of the changes that will be made.
  3. Rationale: Please provide a rationale for the changes.
  4. Implementation: Please provide details related to who will take what steps to implement the changes.
