Council Nomination Application:

Introduction

    • How did you find out about Telcoin and why are you excited about being a part of the Telcoin community

I have been in Telcoin since 2018, I have seen its vision mature and the understanding that is required to operate a network and be banked at the same time. Telcoin’s mission, bridging the gap between telecom infrastructure and blockchain-powered financial services to provide the internet of money resonates with both, my professional experience and my values. I believe this is a real-world opportunity addressing real-world financial access, and huge opportunities for all forms of finance to trade securely. I am passionate about decentralized finance, the opportunities, and reach it is going to bring globally. It excites me that we can have the reach to address real-world financial access issues and break down barriers that historically have impeded business/investment and general life for many, Its also going to make much better sense for many content creators, gaming… so many doors can open!

    • What experience do you have in interacting with the Telcoin Platform as a user, miner, and/or overall ecosystem participant?

I stake, provide liquidity and use the app to store Tel, I follow Tel and contribute to the community online via X, discord and the new Telcoinhub. I’ve brought ideas to the council, had external consultations with possible stakeholders to provide clarity on the choices we vote on, and to keep cost down.

Why should you be selected?

    • Why are you running for this position?

Telcoin’s mission—bridging the gap between telecom infrastructure and blockchain-powered financial services—resonates deeply with both my professional experience and my values. I am passionate about decentralized finance and the opportunities it offers globally. As the platform develops and defi markets move closer, more skills will overlap, and my knowledge of liquidity, product implementation and markets can help target growth in the network.

    • What unique skills, experiences and credentials do you bring to the role that will assist you in fulfilling your regular and special duties?

I am committed to continue helping build a robust decentralized network that truly serves everyday users. My skill set combines, experience in traditional financial markets, product implementation, responsible management and compliance. I’ve dealt with various industries and have always listened to their goals, building long term relationships with a holistic view means the job gets done with purpose while always remembering about scale, this is a network that can scale.

    • What changes and improvements do you plan to propose?

I will ensure the platform council focuses on value. We want growth in the network, I will push for genuine usage growth and ensuring liquidity is available, this will be required quickly once the network is up. As we scale, I will look to amplify the voices of Telcoin’s miners, in the network. Ensure access to the pools as the network opens, I will also look for standardised miner reporting and a transparent reward disclosure dashboard. I will look at proposing feedback mechanisms for miners to report technical issues or recommendations as well as working with marketing once up and running.

    • How will you represent your miner group in decision-making processes to ensure their interests are being voiced and protected?

· Advocating for miner-centric opportunities and escalating technical issues for review/development.

· With open reporting, ideally, we can report on the liquidity status live within the network. I will look to have a dynamic approach to ensure each liquidity pool has liquidity when needed, ironing out the flow and managing this. This could also be used as incentives with GSMA members and marketing as they also look to grow their distribution rails.

    • How will you keep your constituency informed?

· Through open forums and feedback. Summarizing key platform developments and their impact on miners, via X, regular meetings or other means as needed. I will look to work with marketing as MNOs onboard to ensure we understand and cover their needs.

    • How much time can you dedicate to the role each week?

· Biweekly meetings, extra discussion meetings, other council meetings as needed, and at least 3-5hrs on top of this per week. I have and will continue to do what is needed to research, interview future stakeholders to ensure the Platform operates efficiently.
